INSTACHEW Terms of Service

15. Network & ISP Limitations

INSTACHEW is not responsible for service issues arising from network environments (e.g., VPNs, corporate firewalls, ISP restrictions). Please ensure your device has stable internet access for full functionality.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless INSTACHEW and its affiliates, employees, officers, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or your breach of this Agreement.

17. Termination

You may terminate this Agreement by ceasing use of the Services. We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if you violate any terms. Obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination shall survive.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, INSTACHEW shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services.

19. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which INSTACHEW operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within that jurisdiction.

20. Changes to This Agreement

We may revise this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated via:

Continued use of our Services constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
