Step 1: Lift the top part of the Purrflow Smart Pet Fountain
Step 2: Push out the Filter Compartment
Step 3: Install the filter inside the Filter Compartment and install it back on the top of the Purfflow Smart Pet Fountain

We recommend filling the reservoir just above the white spout or water flow mechanism for optimal performance.

The CLEAN function is a reminder to refill the water or replace the water.

Ensure that you just add water to the area below the pump. Do not exceed the water level above the pump.
