To clean the food tray:
Remove the tray by pressing the clips on the other sides. You can wash it by hand or place it in the dishwasher.

To clean the inner food bin:
Remove the bin from the inside of the device, and wash it by hand. Ensure that it is dry before placing it back in the machine.

Since you initially set up the device at your previous location, you will have to unbind it, reset the device, and go through the connection process again. Follow these steps:
Go to the Instachew app and log in to your account.

In the menu (three strips at the top right corner of the app), click "Device Management". Then, press "Unbind".
Press and hold the "Set" button on the Instachew Smart Double Pet Feeder for 15 seconds.
Follow the instructions in your Instructions Manual, and you should be connected.

The maximum SD Card capacity that the camera can take is 128 GB.
NOTE: Old videos are automatically deleted after 10 days to make room for new ones. One day of recording is about 2.5 to 3 Gb.
